Parts & Sourcing

Genuine HUAYI parts and verified sourcing — so the vehicle you buy this year is still working in year five.

Supplier screening · Sample inspection · Pre-shipment check · Documentation with every shipment

European safety. China pricing. Korea-verified quality. The three standards behind every VOLTeVIA vehicle apply just as much to the parts that keep it running. A fleet is only as available as its spare parts supply — so we treat parts as part of the vehicle, not as an afterthought.

What we supply
Available now

HUAYI genuine parts

Original parts for the DANIGO, HYTRON and AGRIO vehicles we distribute — battery packs, controllers, chargers, brakes, tyres, lighting, seats and body panels. Ordered against your VIN or model so the part that arrives is the part that fits.

Electric & special-vehicle parts

Parts for electric and special-purpose vehicles beyond the HUAYI platforms. We are building the supplier base and verification routine for this now, and will open it once each supplier has cleared the same four checks below.

In preparation — not yet available to order.

Sourcing on request

Need a part we do not stock? Send the part name, number or a photo. We screen suppliers, inspect a sample and quote only once the part has been verified — or tell you plainly that we could not verify it.

How we verify

Four checks before a part ships

Anyone can forward a supplier quotation. The reason to buy parts through a distributor rather than direct is that someone stands between you and the factory — and can say no. These are the four points where we do that, and what happens at each one.

Supplier screening

Before a supplier is quoted at all, we check who they actually are.

  • Factory background and production capability
  • Export experience and documentation practice
  • Capacity matched to your order volume
  • Traders separated from actual manufacturers

Sample inspection

A physical sample is checked against the spec before any bulk order is placed.

  • Dimensions and fitment against the target model
  • Markings, part number and labelling
  • Electrical parts: rating and connector type confirmed
  • Photos of the inspected sample sent to you

Pre-shipment check

What leaves the factory is checked against what you ordered.

  • Quantity and part numbers against the order
  • Visual condition and damage check
  • Export packing suitable for the shipping mode
  • Battery and dangerous-goods handling confirmed

Documentation

The paperwork your customs broker and your maintenance team both need.

  • Packing list and commercial invoice
  • Part specification sheet where issued
  • Test or conformity documents where the maker issues them
  • Photo record of the pre-shipment check

Scope of inspection is agreed per order — tell us in the request below if your procurement rules require a specific inspection standard or a third-party inspector.

Tell us the part you need

The more you can give us — model, part number, a photo of the old part — the faster and more accurate the quote. Parts are quoted per request; we do not publish parts pricing.

We use the details you submit only to prepare and send your quotation. See our Privacy Policy.
